or:I'd say a range of 1-3 years.

or:Your weight is smack in the middle of the normal range. Losing 20 pounds would put you right off the chart. Think of something else.

or:I'm fifteen to, 5'6 and my weight was 62kg at my heaviest and I was super unhealthy. I went vegan for six months and went down to 52kg doing HIIT cardio 5 days a week for 20 minutes for the first 3 months and than light exercise for the next 3 months. I felt great but my period had stopped for the whole six months, the doctor gave me a month to get it back by eating gaining weight, I ended up going vegetarian (still very little dairy as it makes me sick) and got it back but I have only had it once and I will know if it is back for certain in a couple months, it won't take too long for you to lose weight, but do be careful with the losing weight don't lose too much too fast or you will just be forced to put it all back on. It depends on your body how it will lose weight but don't try this quick fix or it will just cause more problems for the future going slowly will be better. (I would also say don't worry about the number on the scale as long as it is a healthy BMI your good). I wish you the best of luck on this journey and have patience with your body, you have to listen too it before it listens to you.
