Reasons to request being with a specific person in the same math class?

Me and my friend have been in the same math class for 3 years now and we go to math competitions together (we are lets say math buddies) and this year

Now, all we need are reasons to convince the school. Any ideas?

or:well i think you can be with each other and practice even after the class.so u need not be in the same class.but stil just sayin the reason of being together dont work in a college its better you both accept where u are

or:tell them that he is ur partner and that u 2 will work together really well so u wiill get better grades and u'lll be happy there.
