Renting and who gets what bedroom?

So i am currently renting a 3 bedroom house, there is myself, my friend and his girlfriend and my other friend who is in a new long distance relations

So i am currently renting a 3 bedroom house, there is myself, my friend and his girlfriend and my other friend who is in a new long distance relationship. Master bedroom is taken by the couple, i have the medium size room (double bed) and the other guy has the smallest room (single bed) but is looking at upgrading to a queen. He is quite keen on getting the medium sized room as he will have the bigger bed, is he entitled to the medium sized room even though was the 1st to move in with the couple?
