Whenever I'm upset I force myself to faint, when I don't get the ecstasy from it I do it over and over and over again, nearly 10 times each time I'm depressed. It removes my feelings. How is this going to affect me when I'm older? Or how is it affecting me now? I'm 16. I feel like I'm a rock in water right now and like I'm the only addict of fainting in the internet, I can't find anyone else who knows about this or relates

or:Very interesting approach to dealing with situaltions. I would highly recommend finding a more practical method to dealing with situations such as forcing your self to sit down and do nothing. The more time that is past doing nothing (I normally stare out a window) the more calm you will become. But I would imagine fainting all the time would effect chemical balances in your brain and have negative side effects in the future that aren't known yet. Also how do you make yourself faint? I can't see how you'd do it.
