How can I make sure we are with OSHA on training safety. I use to do the Safety orienation for new employees at my old job, New Job, can I still do the same or is it more training. At my last job I was train by a Supervior. Should I go with the flow and train or should I get training myself?

There are some who prefer to do it on their own, just following the manual and guidelines. On the other hand, there are those that allow a health and safety representative from www.acm.ca to perform the training.
