I have a samsung note 4 and it has been working great up until last month. I have this odd situation where it seems to charge the phone when it's connected to my computer, but if I plug it into the wall charger, it is very hard to make the connection to begin charging and have to play around inserting the wire a certain way. I even tried multiple wall chargers and 2 different wires, but still the same issue. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

or:I cant remember what its called which I know doesnt help u much but I had a similar problem with mine and it was because some componenet was either turned off or on. Anyways the main reason Im writing this is to warn u to be very careful with it. If u can go online and see if u can find a website that will specifically answer ur questions or take it in to a service shop. I lost everything trying to fix mine on my own and after all that it quit working. Good luck
