I heard my parents talking, and they say I have to get a complete physical exam. And I'm gonna have to take off my clothes and I'm really scared cause of something that happened in 6th grade. A guy 2 years older than me sexually harrassed and almost assaulted me and noBody knows except a couple of my friends and a couple older girls. I hate having to undress and have people see and touch me and for some reason this is kinda random but I hate it when people touch my stomach. My parents don't come to the doctor with me btw. Help? Any ideas?

or:Tell the doctor. He/she will understand and they are not obligated to tell your parents if you ask for confidentiality. If your parents don't come in it is is a private convo with your doctor. Be honest. They will help you.They won't tell your parents due to privacy codes and they have heard it all before at the doctors office there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
