My wife will not stop bringing cats and dogs to our house that her friends can't take care of anymore. I am seeking recommendations to create a contract agreement stating something along the lines of no more taking in pets due to lack of finances and supplies. This is an ongoing problem and I have had enough.

or:the great thing about law and a piece of paper is that you do not need any professional guidance to create a contract.speaking as a person who has drawn up leases for roomers, contracts in my own business...as long as you use a general outline in creating an agreement that begins with \" I, __________ do hereby....that ____________ will upon this date ______ for the length of_______ will abide by the following restrictions/guidelines/requirements:\"a piece of paper that declares a contract with both parties signatures(and as a plus get it notarized) will fly in a court of law.have you ever heard of the contract on the cocktail napkin? well....written permission and contract can be informal.i am an animal behaviorist and i can understand that dealing with a person who takes in multiple animals you are dealing with a highly sensitive individual who may have difficulty with emotional boundaries. approach with sensitivity.i hope this helped a bit.

or:A contract with a spouse will do you no good in this regard on several levels. If your wife will not change her ways in this regard you need to go along with what she wants to do or get an attorney begin divorce proceedings. It's a tough choice but you will never be able to truely force your wife to do something she refuses to do, regardless of any contract she signs (you can't sue your wife because you are liable for half her debts). You have only one of two choices, live with it or \"vote with your feet\" so stop fretting about it and pick one..

or:Since you require contracts to communicate with your wife, you may want her to rescind the one you likely signed that gave her your balls.
