Should I get the iPhone 5s or the iPhone 6?

I have the Samsung Galaxy s5 right now and I like the big screen but I tend to drop my phone a bit so I have a bulky otterbox on it and I hate it. I am switching carriers and getting a new phone and I don't know which one I should get.
