Should I send them an email?

I attended my 2nd interview for a job on the 23rd of June. And got a call the same day from the agency I applied through. They offered me the job and

And got a call the same day from the agency I applied through. They offered me the job and I accepted and said they would give the company my contact details so they can contact me after that.
But I still haven't received any call from them or anything else.

Should I contact the company as a follow up or the agency? If so, what should I say?
