I am sixteen years old and I live in Sandy, Oregon (a small town). I am quite comfortable here. I enjoy the nature and love the snow. It has just been me and my dad our entire lives. My mom was never around. Me and my dad are very close. I have the choice to sell everything and move to Hawaii with him, or get emancipated and stay here with my boyfriend? I love my boyfriend with all my heart and he fully supports any of my decisions. My dad doesn't like my boyfriend so I am never able to see him anymore, so this is my chance. I am more educated than other teens and I am confident I can make it on my own here. I have family and people I deeply care about here. What do I do? I want to stay but I also want to go. I have a month to decide. Please help.

or:You said your sixteen? If I were you I would choose dad. I mean yes you love your boyfriend, but what if he breaks up with you? Your dad can't break up with you. Plus your only sixteen, most people are lucky to marry their highschool sweetheart. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Don't get tied down. Right now you should be worried about which lip gloss to wear, not major life decisions. I'm not being a b*tch, I know because I've had to make life changing adult decisions and I'm not exactly where I want to be in life. You shouldn't have to go through the same.
