Should I stop taken my antibotic when diarrhea starts in case of C. diff recurrent?

I have had C. diff twice, if not three times now, and now feels I am getting it again. I just started a course of antibiotics for a sinus infection on Monday and had no problems yesterday but little nausea and now woke up today with watery bile diarrhea, nausea and stomach pain. Even had to take the day of work today because of constantly going to the bathroom. I'm afraid it's C. diff again and was wondering if I should stop now just to be safe or prevent it from getting worst? My doctor would find me to be a difficult patient since I go to the doctor almost every week and just started taken the antibiotic Monday. I don't know what to do but I don't want C. diff again!
