So my mom's been taking Ambien since I was a baby and she's gotten really addicted to it. A few? years back, she drove her car after she took some and wrecked her car. She wasn't too injured, but she was enough to go to the hospital overnight. They said that when she got out of the hospital, she'd go to jail for wrecking the boat that she crashed into. Luckily, she knew the officer and she didn't have to go to jail. Also, for quite a while now, she's been having seizures. She had one at her job and went to the hospital when I was 4. The next morning when she returned home, she was about to give me a hug when she fell to the ground and had another seizure. When I was around 9 or so, she fell to the concrete on her face and had another seizure, and she was foaming at the mouth. To this day I thank the Lord that she's okay, but every day, I have to see her act like a 2 year old when she's on Ambien. Her voice gets childish and her eyes get halfway closed. Sometimes shell doze off when we're having a conversation or while she's going down the stairs and fall down the steps. A couple times, she's had these episodes where she'll hurt herself out of nowhere, wether she's beating her face it a show or banging her head against the wall. She's also passes out not to long ago, and we had to call an ambulance. I've hidden her Ambien before, and when she found out, she's beaten me multiple times. When she's on her Ambien, she'll abuse me to make me think she's not on Ambien, and I've ended up with welts on my arms, my back, and even my face. I'm really tired of having to babysit her when she's on Ambien. Mind you I'm only 12, she should be taking care or me, not vise versa. I've developed really bad anxiety, I've cut myself numerous times, and I've even had suicidal thoughts. I just have no idea what to do anymore
