We have known each other for almost four years now. We currently live across the country from each other, but he will probably be moving back home within the next year. Should I tell him after he moves back? The last time I visited him I kissed him on the neck as I was getting out of his car, in the hopes that I would signal that I want more than just friendship in the future.

or:well if he sees the sign he should have picked up on it but if he had picked up on it seems he would have said something or showed the same affection which now tells me he maybe needing a more suttle interest so I think he needs a nudge in that direction let him know
