Should I tell my parents I think I have autism?

I was watching the imitation game w/ Benedict Cumberbatch a few weeks ago with my mom and she said you act just like Alan Turing. Later I found out that Alan was supected of having autism. So I took the test and got a 43... I didn't say anything, but every day for as long as I can remember anything little odd thing I do my mom asks me, "Are you retarded." or "whats wrong w/ you." I don't like going into shops, because its to loud, bright, and theres to many people. So to day I left w/ my dad and he makes me go into the pizza place and order. He got upset when I didn't look the woman in the eye and I started play with my hands. I don't what to tell either of them, because my dad will blame every on my mom and say I don't know if thats even whats wrong with me. And my mother will most likely dismiss it and go back to asking whats wrong with me, but I feel like I'm getting no where in life and I'm becoming worst. If that is at all possible. Also I'm 17 and if I do get the diagnosis will my parents still have legal rights over me after I become a legal adult?
