I had shoulder lebrum surgery 6 weeks ago after tearing it playing a all star game. i'm currently on my colleges rehab program. therapy every days heat, ice, massage stem, ex. I want to get back to 245, my playing weight for next year and Ive heard all sorts of things concerning HGH. I wanna get some outside information.

or:that would really ask the instructor what they think of your using that hgh i would go as far as asking your dr what he things to and make sure they like the idea i think that would be a good thing to do
