Should you report nursing students who attend class drunk to the Board of Nursing?

I'm a recent graduate of a nursing program in Virginia and a couple weeks prior to the end of the term I found out several of my classmates had been spending their lunch breaks at a local bar drinking (to include taking shots) then were returning to lecture under the influence and/or intoxicated. I've reported them to the director of the program and there is an ongoing investigation and now my question is, should they also be reported to the State Board of Nursing?

or:They do not currently have a license so I don't know if your board of nursing will keep their names on file. Also, If that happened during lecture and not during clinical a where direct patient care has been given, the board might not do anything about it. However, they should be consequences from the university.
