Sleeping problems (Am I losing it)?

For the past two weeks or so every time i try to go to sleep when i close my eyes i hear and see sick and horrific like images or memories or somethin

For the past two weeks or so every time i try to go to sleep when i close my eyes i hear and see sick and horrific like images or memories or something like that.

So tell me am i losing it or going crazy or something along those lines....
Please help!!!

or:bad movies can also do that to you. like horror movies. also if you drink alot of caffine it could keep you from sleeping right. too much caffine can cause anxiety, insomnia ect. you could also try exercising for about ten to twenty minutes before you go to bed. i'm just trying to give suggestions that could help you sleep better.
