I had a tubal ligation 6 yrs ago and feel this popping/snapping sensation when i move or bend a certain way. It is only on the left lower side of my stomach..any ideas what is causing this ?

or:I am not sure what causes it but I had 2 c sections (last one 8 years ago) and I get the same feeling on the same side as you. Maybe it is scar tissue building up.....I haven't been to the Dr. yet to be checked out...sometimes it even feels like a fluttering sensation for me in that part of my stomach. I hope this helps......scar tissue would build up over time seems like. But any medical problem/pain should probably be double checked be a doc. Maybe we should both just go to the dreaded GYN ;)
