So I just got hired by McDonalds and the Manager told me that I was to be at orientation earlier?

I ended up being 2 minutes late and they told me to reschedule. I called the manager right after and told me I would go next week. I know that it's on my shoulders for being late, but I feel so upset and disappointed in myself for making this mistake. I'm usually a person that is always on time, but I'm really afraid that McDonalds will change their mind and fire me because I was two minutes late. Any thoughts on this?
