Now I know this has nothing to do with boyfriends but ye I checked my heart beat before after sitting for 1 Hour and it said I am 160 bpm( beats per minute) now I am a cheerleader and a gymnast so I am pretty healthy and I go to a sports collage also I am 13 year old girl So what I'm getting across is that I am worried my heart beat is pretty high should I be worried or is this about right? Help me

or:well you should monitor it very important this way if you ever had issues you would know the before and after signs its gonna be high because of all the hard work its doing you want to do a blood preasure check when you are really active then when you settle down take it agian the when you go to the dr you can let the dr know about it keep a rough calculation as to what it is before then after


or:Your bpm should return to its resting rate after a few minutes after exertion. My advice is that it is something you really should see your doctor about. As you are at a sports college, have you spoken to your coach or physio about this?
