I am trying to remember a song but I don't remember the title, tune or lyrics (tricky I know). All I can remember is that it's written from the perspective of an inanimate object (I can't even remember what object it is, sorry)

I tried searching google but as you can imagine, it's hard searching for something with so little detail. Goggle suggested "A Thing Well Made" but it's not that. I would recognise it if I heard the title.

Can anyone think of any song written from the perspective of an inanimate object? Long shot but hopefully someone will mention it.
