Starter kit makeup?

Im about to turn 16 and I want to wear more makeup . All I wear rite now is mascara and eyeliner . I want to start wearing fondation and all that but

I'm about to turn 16 and I want to wear more makeup . All I wear rite now is mascara and eyeliner . I want to start wearing fondation and all that but i don't know where to start . I do have some acne scars and some pimples with a oily Tzone . I have kinda a neutral undertone.

or:Try some eyeshadow, it'll make your eyes pop. And you can contour your face or add some blush. Lipstick isn't necessary but it'll make you look like you're wearing more makeup.
