Starting a new job as a CO in a women's prison soon. What should I expect?

or:well lots of inmates getting out of hand doing things they shouldn't be doing probably more acting out getting in fights always got somebody getting in their bussiness taking inmates to different parts of the prison being available when they eat or have excerise time the pros are you have ones that no the ropes and new ones coming in all the time you'll be in training so you can expect things to happen they make sharp objects and they hide them till they have to use them watching for gang problems
