Still cant sign into PSN after the attacks on christmas day?

I have tried changing the MTUsettings, and turning the ps4 off, turning the router off, waited 5 min and turned the router and ps4 on again but nothing seems to work. this is the error message i get when trying to sign in on psn: "cannot connect to the server. (NW.31201-7) And this is the error message i get when testing the psn sign in: (CE-33992-6) some of my friends can get online with no problems but I've stayed offline since 25. december. any idea on what to do? I live in norway if that s relevant.

or:Yes, the attacks were widespread and some consoles were luckier than others. You likely will not be able to connect to the Internet if your play station was affected, but some others will be able to because they weren't as effected or just were lucky enough to even get in. Try again in a few days, would be my recommendation. Sorry!
