It also has a secondary type of ascending whine that's right behind it, and it isn't coming from the particular page but even if I refresh it continues. I have to completely close out the tab or page for it to stop. I don't understand what it is or what is causing it, but I want it to stop and I wonder if anyone else has ever had this happen to them. My computer, by the way, is brand new I only just bought it in February and it's April now

or:This is mostly caused by a cable that's touching the fan. The noise changes when the fan changes speed. U should remove the cover of the computer and make sure the cable doesn't touch the fans. It could also be the fan of the PSU (power supply) u should remove it and try another one. Maybe it will help and rule out the whining noise.
