I recently have been having nervous breakdowns at work, the smallest things have been triggering this and i have begun to understand why, but it still doesnt help. I had some tramatic things occur when I was younger and still do now, and even though they dont bother me, I nearly pass out sometimes and I cant breathe. I feel like I need an inhaler but I dont want to let people know whats wrong. I dont want to see a doctor or get prescribed meds, I just want to know of some ways to not go into a panic attack. I have never had this problem before, but now I almost pass out from just forgetting to bring my wallet, my brain thinks of all the bad things that can happen and i see them and cant stop seeing them. I even black out sometimes, I never pass out just forget what I did. Just would like some advice, thanks.
