Surprise help?

So, my girlfriend and I have been dating for a few months now. I know she loves me, but is holding back on verbally expressing that because she doesn't know how I feel.
With this in mind I decided to finnaly tell her, but, since it will be very meaningful for her, I want to make it in a memorable way. So, I found a place, near the sea where I'm gonna bring her, and play our song on a guitar, and tell her how I feel. The thing is, I feel like this will be too much... empty.
That said, I wanted to know if anyone could give me new ideas to add here? Thanks :p

or:well have a picnic and tell her that you care deeply for her sing a song with your guitar that she can feel i think that after such a great lunch or dinner to that special place i really believe that she would like this and once she experiences this she will probably tell you how she feels hopefully its got to be the right time and place
