Taking responsability or not?

Hello i'm in university, and every 4 months we have exams, and sometimes once of them exams i'm not ready so i go to my doctor and he prescribes me a certificate. Of course i pass the same exam a couple of days later, but i'm thinking is this normal? i know it isn't but sometimes i'm lazy, and i think that if i have a rescue boat or another chance it's better then failling my exam and taking my responsabilities about it. What do you think?

or:There's nothing wrong with doing it once or twice. But if you do it every exam period it will become a habit which isn't good to bring with you into the work force.
