Hi guys...Ever since I was little I've had chronic pain that comes upon having a bowel movement. I am a 15 year old female, and I am incredibly pain tolerant, but this pain is terrible enough to make me dry heave and cry. It comes at random times, and is only when I am having a bowel movements..I have researched high and low to find answers, and my mom doesn't think it's anything serious. The pain level is so incredibly high that I actually get to the point of dry heaving...I'm only allergic to Kiwi, and I stay far away from that, so it's not an allergic reaction..I have no idea what's causing it, but it's absolutely miserable and lasts for about 15-20 minutes, forcing me to continue using the bathroom even if I don't have to go anymore. Help would be seriously appreciated.

or:it sounds like you may have to much stool trying to pass at one time if your backed up or have to much to big of stool you can be intense pain when your constipated it has areas that are hard and intense to pass thats where the pain comes it hard stool can cause this to i would get some docusate it softens the stool makes it easier to pass taking fiber might help also if no relief i would see a dr you might have iratable bowel syndrome called ibs for short
or:Hey :)Hope you're okay , you may have apendicitis or you could have a hole in your bowel which makes moving int hurtful. You could have a bowel infection in wich case go to the ER because with that comes liver failiure. So go see a doctor in any case ;) Good luck hope it helped!
