ok so she is two years older she knows i like her and i know she likes me but when i go and ask what u want to do (she sits on the road with my sister and just sits there without speaking weird) anyway she says i dont know and then i asked what do u like doing and she says shopping wtf we live 30 mins away from shops and she does not want to do anything omg please help btw she only just moved from england about 1 and a half months help would be appreciated :)

or:Hi! How old are you by the way? Why don't you invite her to do something instead of asking her? Let's say invite her for a lunch or a movie. Think of nice thing to do and invite her, let us see what happen next. Good luck!
