In Eldin Province, when getting the song of the hero, how do you get bombs for your bomb bag. Ive looked everywhere, but couldnt find any. Ive dug in

In Eldin Province, when getting the song of the hero, how do you get bombs for your bomb bag. I've looked everywhere, but couldn't find any. I've dug in every digging hole, explored everywhere I could, used my scattershot to kill bats, and still had no luck. But if anyone knows anything about spots that I might not know about, please let me know.
