Calling a friend and all I hear is the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time message 19 switch 179 that's when I call from a cell but when I call from a landline all I hear is a busy signal. Not sure what that means but when I send a text I don't get a error message. my friend is with sprint .

or:basically what happens is when the phone isn't excepting calls it will have that message and also when the phone gets disconnected it will have that same message when the phone is one way and isn't paid
