The top of my hand hurts really bad, and its kind of swollen.when I pick it up the bone hurts to?

hurts when i also bend it to like downwards also.. not really that swollen but it has like red purple marks on the hand. hurts pretty bad but not like

or:Ive had the same and it turned out to b a boxers fracture. There easy to do really and can b painful. Mine didnt bruise straight away and I could get on wivout it bothering me much.get checked out x
