or:I agree we shouldn't ban phones in school because it's an excellent way for authorities and families to get information in case some a-hole tries to use a weapon.but there should still be rules about when you use them, between classes is okay and also on lunch break etc. but they shouldn't be allowed to text and talk in the middle of class.
