There are colored lines up and down and my ipod 5 is not responding?

k i have a Ipod 5th generation and im going to explain whats wrong with it
1: colored lines up and down
2: when in preasure it changes colors
3: white line (looked cracked there) and black along it
4: fades away when locked and is still there when unlocked
5:not responding on side thats messed up
The side that isnt messed up i try to unlock my ipod and when i do it clickes things radomly and the screen is hard to move. ok please help me :D AND SORRY FOR MY SPELLING!

or:its sounds like you've dropped it , dropped it in water , or the screen is messed up. I would take it to a electronics store and get it checked out , doesn't sound like you could fix it yourself. warning though getting your phone checked out or fixed could cost over 50 or a hundred dollars.
