Things aren't going well so I was wondering how I could pull my son out of 4k?

My son just started 4k and the first week went horribly, despite the good reviews of the school, the teacher has been embarrassingly unprofessional. We strongly disagree with her method of teaching (using other children as examples of how not to behave in front of the whole class to the point where a little girl walked past me crying). My son has developed a host of problems after starting there (obstinance, depression). She ignored my request (3x) to speak about any problems in private and chewed me out in front of all the other parents the first day of school because she has so many kids to watch and my son takes too long pulling up his pants in the bathroom and has too much energy (He's FOUR and excited about his first day at school). We both cried the whole way home. Other parents were appalled and told me they thought she was unprofessional, but some others just stare at my son and I, not knowing what's going on, but also not wanting their child to play with mine if somethings up. I want to avoid dealing with her. There is no information on the district site and going in person unprepared could be disastrous. Any help or ideas? She's the only 4k teacher there and my son now cries when he sees the school, so pulling him seems like the only route. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Also he has been in lots different jump start and preschool classes with no issues with any of the other teachers.

or:well if i but your next would make it any easier i would want to talk to the principal first i don't know if this is doable or not but i think for next thing would be to pull him out after everything else fails then take him outa that school or put him in another school or think about home schooling him if thats a option
