I have no idea what to do. I work fast food, and am a cashier. I work up front, and there's a connecting doorway between the front area behind the counter and the kitchen. This guy who works in the kitchen really creeps me out. I've been working at this job 6 months now, and at first he just seemed like your average quiet, keeps to himself oddball that lives at home. But these last two months or so I keep catching him staring at me. The thing is, he doesn't quit when I look up at him. He will stand around the corner or the doorway between the two rooms and watch me. Sometimes he will come up front when no food needs to be made and just hover in my general area, when I move to the other side of the room so does he. He has no reason to be up front at all since he works kitchen. Sometimes if I'm doing work in the back he will come help me even when I say I don't need help. He will ignore whatever I say. He's literally never said anything to me ever. I've only heard him talk like 3 times aside from saying order numbers. At one point the other day I saw him take his phone out and I swear it looked like he was taking pictures of me. I'm usually alone up front behind the counter during the day hours and he's usually the only one in the kitchen. I'm super super creeped out by him. Especially since he's quite a bit bigger than me and is probably about 25-30.... I'm 16... I'm just weirded about this whole thing...

or:Thank you for telling us your age. It makes a difference. You need to go to the store manager whoever is the oldest manager there.Talk privately and tell the manager everything you told us, just the way you told us. If the manager asks if you have said anything to this petson and told them to stop you answer with this type of answer. "I dont know how, I'm underage and have never run into this before." Why did you wait so long to say something? "To make sure I wasn't imagining things then thinking he'd get bored and stop but he hasn't and it's getting creepier and more scary."If the manager does nothing, tell your dad. Go with your instinct and if it makes you nervous and feeling creepy then it is probably a wrong thing he is doing. Pictures is the line and he crossed it.Good luck and don't handle this yourself!

or:Definitely tell a manager and parent about this. Try not to be alone as well. If there are any cameras in your work area than show camera footage of this person to a boss when you tell them or get your own. If you’re alone with him and he does this go away to a bathroom or something and try to get as far away as possible. If there are people around try and tell him to go away this way others will know and you have a better chance of him not acting with other people if he were to act at all. I wouldn’t reccomend trying to talk to him when only you two are in the same room however unless you know someone such as a boss or parent are nearby. If you feel endangered and there is someone near also don’t hesitate to yell or at least sound louder than you usually do as a warning.
