Throat pain while inhaling and exhaling cigarette smoke. Everytime, since from my first cigarette. I dont know why. Its been 4 years. These many years

Throat pain while inhaling and exhaling cigarette smoke. Everytime, since from my first cigarette. I don't know why. It's been 4 years. These many years am smoking cigarettes. The throat pain occurs only while smoking. After I smoke, I will not feel any pain again.
