Thumping ear?

When I scratch the right side of my face The inside of my ear kinda thumps. I dont know what causes it. So if anyone can tell me thanks in advance...

When I scratch the right side of my face The inside of my ear kinda thumps. I don't know what causes it. So if anyone can tell me thanks in advance... Medical advice from the internet isn't really a good idea but I'd like to know whether or not this is serious enough for a trip to the doctor so I don't get charged money with them just saying "clean your ears more."

or:i would go see a ear nose throat doctor they specialize in the three medical evaluations you might have sencitivety in your ears you might be senative to load noises if you get a bulb syringe you can clean them yourself warm water not hot not cold but sometimes better to do yourself if it gets worse i would say to see your dr because you don't need to experience that loudness ear sensativity might be able to be looked at by a proffessional if its hard to control
