I have repeatedly gone to the ER and doctor for chronic sore throat and littel white painful spots in my throat. I continue to tell my mother (I am 14 by the way) that I think I need my tonsils out because repeated antibiotics will backfire sooner or later. I recently found a little white spot and was able to remove it myself and immediately all discomfort eased. I no longer have a sore throat and no more coughing. I am not sure if it is a tonsil stone looking it up seemed that it was true but really not sure. Thoughts? Was it a tonsil stone? A few minutes before it felt as if food was lodged in my throat, this happened several times before when I found this growth in my throat.
