About 2 weeks ago I went to court for a speeding ticket that was 75 in a 55 (6 points). They gave me a break by letting me take a court ordered course called Alive@25 which is a non-point reducing course. I assumed after this course that they would dismiss my ticket.

However about 3 days ago I got another ticket for 69 in a 55 (4 points). I really do not want to go back to court and have to take off work but if I plead guilty to this, pay the fine and take the points will that negatively effect the results of the previous speeding ticket I got?

Would I have a better chance fighting this new speeding ticket to try to catch a break?
