Trying to find my package can someone tell me how this shipping works?

So on 11/13/12 I ordered a package from the US and I emailed the company and asked where my package was at they said it should be here by the 11/23/12

So on 11/13/12 I ordered a package from the US and I emailed the company and asked where my package was at they said it should be here by the 11/23/12 well it's 11/28/12 and still no package. I have an app on my phone that tracks parcels and I finally found my parcel but it makes no sense. It was last updated on 11/16/12 this is what it says:
