Tube tying in missouri?

I am almost 20 years old, have two children, and I dont want anymore...might be horrible to say but I would have been perfectly happy with just one child, I had both my children by the same father and we are getting married I have tried many types of birthcontrol and I have problems with every one ive tried, I can not afford another child can barely afford the two precious ones I have now and wouldnt be able to take on a third child but doctor is now telling me that she wont tie my tubes because of my age but mentally and financially and physically cant afford to stay on birthcontrols and especially cant have another child I have been very serious about this since I got pregnant with my second child at 18 I feel my family is complete and will not regret this because 7 have thought long and hard on my situation I live in missouri and need real answers on my rights

or:Way less drama if ur bf/fiance has a vasectomy. Its outpatient and easier to reverse if u guys change ur mind. Otherwise, ur gonna have to doctor shop. Ur age is a big factor why most wont do it. If things don't workout and u meef a good guy who accepts ur kids but wants one of his own 10 years down the line... and money isnt as big an issue...
