... I have a new Stanton T52 with the original stylus. It's manual and of course, I forgot about the record. It was spinning for at least an hour. There's no noticeable wear or damage. I played another LP after this. No sound problems. Still, should I be concerned about what it might be doing to my LPs?

or:It's not clear what you are worried about. Just turning means nothing. Turning with the needle on the record means nothing until a speck of dust nicks the needle, and then the needle has to be replaced. The danger is dust in the air. BTW you can get little microscopes made especially to look for nicks in the needle. Or at least they were available about a thousand years ago.
