Unable to recover?

I contracted a common flu about three months ago and then as I though started to mend. But I seem to not be able to pass a certain point of recovery b

I contracted a common flu about three months ago and then as I though started to mend. But I seem to not be able to pass a certain point of recovery before I start to feel cold and fluey again? Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my health up to normal? I have taken multi vits and all so I don't know why I am not healing.

or:Buy Vitamin D3 capsules, and take them frequently. Do not overdose, but do take more than the average amount needed. This is supposed to help, and from experience, it has quickened my recovery time from the flu.

or:I also have those symptoms for 2 years now. I also tried medicine but nothing worked. I suggest you find out if your common flu is caused by allergies or something. And go see a doctor.
