Whenever somebody touches my head or back, it makes my skin crawl; as in, full-fledged panic attack. Is this something other people have? I just got my braces off and my grandma is wanting me to go to a hairdresser (I go to SuperCuts). No matter how much I tell her, she doesn't believe me when I talk about how the issue bugs me. What should I do?
