or:I'm not sure what you mean. In a work force the boss always wants certain things covered. In my world if someone wants off work whoever asked for the time off first got to have that time off. The second person had to choose different dates.If the first person was taking off and the boss wanted their position covered you might have to cover it before you could get your time off.So in answer yes if I'm understanding it correctly.
