Unscrewed bottom of the fuel water seperator in e350 diesel 7.3 to empty?

Due to a friend giving me water mixed with diesel.. dont even get me started. I emtied out the water fuel seperator and sucked out what I could out of

Due to a friend giving me water mixed with diesel.. don't even get me started. I emtied out the water fuel seperator and sucked out what I could out of the fuel tank. Another friend of mine says I might need to prime the motor again. Then another friend says fords are good in the way that I might not need to prime it and I should just put diesel, charge my batteries, and it should start. I don't know how much water is still in the tank but it was prett low. I was thinking of just getting 40 in diesel and giving it a try. Whay do you advise?

or:Fill your truck up full of diesel. Put some fuel treatment in with it to separate what water is left in the tank. It still my not start with water still in the injectors. If it is a manual trans. The best way is have somebody to pull start you. It will take right off. If its an auto you will need to prime it manually.
