Unsupportive boyfriend. Is it worth it?

I am in a serious relationship (or thought i was) however i have an ongoing health issue which i have been making a big effort to get diagnosed. As a result of this I am also very prone to panic attacks. Yesterday i had one at work and my man (who works with me) completely ignored me. I approached him a few hours after and said the reason he is not speaking to me was because I apparently haven't made enough effort to get it sorted (which isn't true - I have done what the doctors have asked etc and am booked to go back soon). He then went on to say I wont get it sorted and told me he doubts I will even go back to the doctors, which he has no reason to say as I've never skipped an appointment etc. I am also struggling with my illness and need support and been told things like that isn't helping. We are supposed to be serious and have been together a while but since that I don't know why. Am I over reacting?

or:I don't think so. no ones perfect and everyone deserves someone who is supportive no matter how hard the situation is. If he loves you he will support you anyway
